What a horrible experience! Had an appt and when I arrived was told that my appt had been canceled because I had said I no longer needed an ENT. I NEVER said that and no one ever called me. I showed her the text where I confirmed the day before and then she said that my referral had expired anyway. Just spoke to my primary doctor's office and they said they were contacted the day before and put in a STAT to issue the extension and told this office, it was approved plus they can look in the same system to see that information. They canceled my appt for no reason and then lied to my face about it because I'm guessing they couldn't be bothered to look. UNACCEPTABLE! If you want to be lied to and told you said things you didn't then this is the place. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dr.Gabarain performed my Septorhinoplasty 3 weeks ago, and I am VERY pleased with my results thus far. Prior to my surgery, I had multiple fractures, and a deviated septum, which made my nose shift to one side, as well as making my dorsal hump very noticeable. Once Dr. removed the cast and stents, I could actually breathe! Not only does he have great bedside manner, he is very thorough while answering any questions/concerns you may have when explaining the procedure, as well as recovery. I highly recommend Dr.Gabarain, and look forward to my next follow up visit. Also, huge shout out to his staff for being so friendly and awesome!
