I was there visiting my mom and I was suprised with the upgrades they have made. I had the opportunity to talk to the manager briefly as he was dropping off a flier for a decorating contest and party to follow. He was a very kind and caring person and I felt very comfortable

The rates are monthly & included all utilities & cable. The rates vary depending on size if lot & length of time you've rented. It's in the $1000 per month range. 5th wheels were allowed but I think they are phasing them out.
If you could give the cost for space rental by lot and or size it would be appreciated
