Budget was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. A complete NIGHTMARE. Make sure to read the contract in case the representative make a mistake or insert some unauthorized charges that they did to “help you out.” BAIT AND SWITCH

Budget wasted 3 days of my vacation? Now I'm home....was charged $255 after I had already paid. They did, after over drafting my account credit my account. Now trying to prove I DIDN'T USE TOLL..... I'VE BEEN CHARGED FOR TOLLS., AGAIN MORE WASTE OF MY TIME AND LOST MONEY!!

Wow, not an answer but I have rented before from Budget/Avis and only issue was with toll pass that we never get anyway
