I think they are probably muddy so they may still be closed. Can't say for sure thought. You'd have to go there and see.
Usually when we show up and want to use the fields for soccer or football we just go in person and see which field is not in use that day. Generally we would go during the weekend. Yes there would be a game going but it would usually be the kids playing their game in the back field leaving the other 2 fields available.
All soccer games for CSYS are cancelled today. The park is open, but pretty muddy I bet!
Usually as long as the park is open and there's not an event the fields will be open to the public.
