Really enjoyed our experience at this place. It was our first escape room ever and my wife and daughter brought me for my birthday. We thought the staff was very friendly and explained the process well. We enjoyed the layout and the teamwork involved in solving the room. There were lots of challenges so it wasn’t a case of only solving one or two and you were out. They even had a section where one person gets looked away from the group which made it interesting but I wished I could have stayed with the rest of the group. The only actual criticism I will offer is that they had a birthday party going on in the main welcoming room when we got there. It was so overcrowded and loud it was very confusing that this was the entrance and then we had to walk around and through the party to check in. I would personally like to see a party room available so that non-party guests don’t have to run the gauntlet so to speak. That being said the staff realized we were confused and got us right over to check in and was very welcoming and got us rolling right away. One even took time to connect with me by talking about my college football team I was wearing my shirt for. Overall a very good experience that I would recommend to anyone and be happy to do again anytime. We will be back.

I’ve done well over 50 escape rooms across the US and had a blast in Prison Escape. Our team of 5 escaped with over 18 minutes to spare. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to play the other rooms. Well done, Red Button!

Nope... It's ageless. You actually need quite a bit of brain to figure them out.
It is always best to make a reservation online or over the phone. If you walk-in, you run the risk of not being able to do a room at that time because another group is already there.
Jason is most likely referring to our "Jewel Heist", which is the most challenging escape room we currently offer. We also have three other escape rooms. We would recommend "The Space Station" or "Prison Break" rooms for this age group. These are the easier rooms we offer and are definitely fun for all ages! Thanks for asking!
Yes, each room has unique puzzles and themes. I agree that it would be wise to stagger the reservations when booking multiple rooms on the website.
