.FedEx lost the commercial invoice that was attached to a package sent from Coral Springs. Package stayed in Pompano Beach for four days without being notified by employees . Now this shipment has been delayed by 5 days. FedEx employees refusing to accept responsibility for lack of timely notification. We had to return to Fedex office to give them a copy of the commercial invoice. We have had issues with the same employee at the Coral Springs office who does not seem to have adequate training and we think she did not secure the commercial invoice to the package the local manager also was trying to blame us for their own incompetence. My husband has spoken with corporate managers who said that once something is stuck in ground shipping there is no way they can fix it this all could’ve been avoided if the employee is properly trained trained
