I think that to work in a doctor's office they must have patience and those who attend have zero patience, they speak to you with attitude as if you owe them, you ask to speak with a supervisor and they put you on hold for more than 45 minutes and when the answer is supposed supervisor they hang up on you and when you tell them that you are going to go to another Dr they hang up on you. When I was late for 5 minutes they couldn't do the lab and what they tell me is that now I have to go to Quest and that they have to wait from 24 to 48 hours for them to give me the referral what horror 🤬

Terrible experience every time we go in. The ancient dust covered chairs leave a lot to be desired but most of it's never seeing an actual Doctor. You passed around from nurse to nurse and you never see the guy who's name is on the building. Everything you need is done outside the office, they don't do any tests, blood work, diagnoses nothing... You get looked at by a random person then told to see someone else. Will not be going back. Wasted 2 years.

Do not go to this office. Find another doctor with better care. Terrible I customer service in all levels, and medical attention. If you want to feel frustrated and suffer with a bad diagnosis and bad customer service select this office.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the outstanding service that we have received from Gracia Calmici (Front Desk) and Naomie Louise (Office Manager). Their professionalism and friendliness make more bearable even the most challenging times that patients have to endure. Overall, their attitude is great and their desire to serve/help is clear. They are ready to go the extra mile for the benefit of their patients, and that makes a huge difference. Since 2016, my family and I have been patients of Dr. Luis Fernando Gutiérrez and we attend Coral Hills. Medical Center. I want to acknowledge the excellent service we have received from Gracia Calmici, the front desk manager, and Naomie Louise, the center manager. His professionalism and kindness make the difficult times a patient goes through more bearable. They have a very good attitude, their desire to serve and help is felt and they are willing to go the extra mile for the benefit of people who are looking for a solution to their health problems and this makes a difference.
