I had an appointment on Sunday Aug, 7th for oil change. When I reached to location they said we can not do the oil change as we have only 2 persons to work on lots of cars. They gave me appointment for (today) Monday, when I reached to the location they said we have only 2 persons working and we have lots of cars to serve.

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
Go someplace else unless you don't mind getting ripped-off and still not getting done the repairs you tell them you want and that a blind person would see need to be done. If you let them touch your car DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU CHECK THEIR WORK and DEMAND to drive it first. Also, get and read an estimate BEFORE you let them do anything and don't agree to flat rate book time charges. Just go somewhere else.
Just call them with info, they will tell you exact battery, you can shop it or buy it, good luck
