The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The total environment, inside and outside were very clean. The shelves and coolers were very well organized.

No one within this store is knowledgeable of the job they are suppose to be doing. Pumps are not functioning properly, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I understand we're in a crisis, but customer service should always come first. There's never a time where law enforcement have to get involved because a customer service representative refused to give accurate change back. And then their reasoning behind the refusal, is they don't feel like it shorting the store or calling the store manager because it's too early in the morning like that's not their job requirement. Then not understanding that the actions that they are displaying are crimes and can be prosecuted behind it. Now I know we are in a pandemic but I'm sure that who's ever hiring these customer service representative as well as general managers can do a whole lot better because accountability is a must on both parties. This is one reason why there is such a high turnover in retail jobs because companies are so quick to hire the first person that applies instead of doing research and checking background to make sure they are suitable for the position.
