It was a pleasure to stay at Wind Creek Hotel in Montgomery. The staff was very friendly, professional, informative. The welcome with the smile was awesome. The environment was peaceful. They made you feel like you were special. My guest enjoyed them self as well. There were new machines I had not seen. But overall the trip from Atlanta to Montgomery was well worthy the drive.

I enjoyed my stay at Wind Creek Montgomery. Hotel pricing was reasonable. The employees were friendly and customer focused. I stayed two nights and plan to return. I subtracted one star for the following reasons: The BBK Restaurant got my order wrong on two occasions. I ordered Catfish bites. I received Catfish Po-Boy. Most importantly, during the late hours of the night/early morning the casino bathroom needed considerable attention. Hilariously embarrassing was a lady telling me that tissue had stuck to my shoe when I left the bathroom. Overall my experience was very pleasant.

The room was terrible, had a very musty smell, dust was all over the furniture and lamps, drapes was filthy, carpet was dirty, open bottles of water was in the room, items left in the fridge. For the price they charge a night I really expected top of the line, this is not a first time bad experience for me. But it is a last time I will not stay here again. Thinking about reporting them to the FCC,BBB and the Consumer Protection. And to top it off they tried to charge me $50 more than what I had booked. 2 days later they still have not returned the extra fee they charged my card for damages! Really!

Room was awesome! Beautifully decorated; nice shower, roomy. Loved the room. Now the service at the front desk: -Greeting good -After that it went down chill: Caucasian associate at desk, wasn’t very efficient or friendly. I asked for a blanket and it took upwards of several hours to get one. Caucasian associate didn’t order it? Her customer service: not that great. Checking out: associate wasn’t friendly, no greeting, poor customer service
