Did not provide crib per special request. Room smelled damp and like body odor. Didn't have extra pillows. Didn't have extra blankets. Didn't have syrup for the kids in the morning. Breakfast overall was poor. Coffee was weak. All of this provided with a smile but not much else. Much could be improved with better service. Surrounding area leaves much to be desired. Will stay closer to city next time.

Surprise - Fairfield Inn with indoor pool! Nice! Quiet room, clean, nice staff. Pool nice, large for hotel class, and wide range of depths 3-5 ft to take weight off of back after a day of driving. Exercise room ok - three cardio machines and free weights. Good location for me- right off interstate. Only negative - breakfast: scramble eggs tasted very salty I couldn't eat them. And "decaf" coffee was MIA "make it in your room"

Friendly and welcoming place. I arrived very late due to flight delay. Needed a room for one night because the airport rental car closes at 8:00 pm. Front desk was great, room was fine. It was updated, very clean and comfortable. They had fruit available by the desk at checkin which I appreciated. The oranges were great. Didn’t stay long. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience.
