This hotel has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed with and I travel 90% with the government. They tried to charge me for smoking (when i never have smoked and i travel 90% so know hotel policies.) The manger of this hotel needs to be relieved of her/his duties. I called to try and get this fixed and I never received a call then I went to next level and they couldnt get a hold of her or upper management. Then i went to their executive level and they still couldnt get in touch with manager. They sure wanted to charge me but not discuss it with me. Poor management. The only positive was the gentleman assisting me through whole process he should be hired as the manager he possess people skills unlike the manager.

PLEASE be cautious of this place. There are other reviews where costumers are being overcharged & never receiving refunds! We was overcharged & have been expecting a refund for over a month now, but since talking to the General Manager of this place as of yesterday, now he’s justifying the charge & refusing. Aside from being scammed, our first room was disgusting. It contained food/vomit on the pullout mattress/cushions as well as on the side of the bed onto the floor. The room we got moved to had a shower that hardly had any water pressure, so as a women, my daughter’s and I couldn’t even wash our hair. This was supposed to be a quick rest to finish our drive to FL. It was far from restful.

Service was great. Breakfast was a wide variety and amazing. ONLY reason for missing star was because shower was more like a spot free rinse.

Positive: The location was good. And breakfast had a good selection. Negative: To start off after driving 10 hours away on our trip to Perdido Bay ,Florida we get into our room and the toilet seat missing! How does that happen? Poor management¿ I felt sorry for the nice young lady at the front desk!
