Rude. Won’t ever return here. I come to this location in Coral Springs... Ramblewood Square often to take out a loan. Good thing that I can return the loan when it’s due at any location because I won’t visit this location anymore. The employee was rude during the entire transaction and I easily pick up on things. The associate very rudely asked me when was the date of my last direct deposit. I didn’t appreciate that associate’s entire demeanor. I work hard for money and have a job and did not come to Amscot to steal 200 dollars. The associate should learn how to speak to people and provide better customer service. There is a proper way to speak to people. No matter who the person is. Everyone should be treated with respect. I did not get that employee name but I have never seen that employee before. That employee must be new and obviously does not have the skills that the other employees possess. This is the first time where I have a complaint. It has always been a delight to come here for my financial needs.The employees are always professional here. So I was appalled to receive the service that I did from that one particular person who like I said I’ve never seen before. I was courteous. I guess I came to the wrong place. I did not appreciate the customer service that was provided. I guess the loan was coming out of that associate’s pocket. No need to return to a location where an employee is biting off every word.

Amscot is the worst and I hope they close forever and he's right the employee is very very rude
That is one of the best locations always good service there.That employee must have been having a bad day.However that is no excuse for bad service.Hope it never happens again.
