The circumstances for which I needed a rental were horrific. I was assaulted, carjacked and the assailant bled out in my car, crashed it to the point of fire; it was beyond totalled and he died. Your staff was incredibly efficient, sensitive and professional in setting me up with a vehicle that suited my needs. Upon returning the car, Joe and Tracy were personally involved in assisting me. Both of them were excellent. Previously, I had been given misinformation over the phone about location hours for my date of return. Tracy and Joe removed the extra charge, were incredibly professional, friendly and very quick to remedy the situation and complete our business. Their superior customer service goes A LONG WAY in my book as I am very old school. True customer service, in this day and age, is severely lacking to non-existent with most companies. I notice this deficit immediately and word of mouth about business experiences travels far. Tracy and Joe, are an asset to Enterprise Rental and should be professionally commended and recognized as such by their supervisors. Their treatment and interaction with the previous customers as well as with me was not just an impeccable model of exceptional customer service but the type of representation that every business should strive for.
