i went in for a seizing problem with a strange squeak, he charged me for a tune up and cleaning and when i got it back it was still dirty and had only been oiled. the sound was still apparent so i took it to Dollard Baker Sew-Vac and he is fixing it as it was still broken! WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AS HE MADE ME FEEL STUPID AND ACTED LIKE THERE WASNT A SQUEAK.

This place is the absolute best for anything sewing related! I used to go with my grandmom to drop off her machine when I was a kid, and when I recently inherited that machine and others, I knew just where to take it for service. The service was quick and the machines ran perfectly afterwards! The owner even offers to take it to the car for you and will offer to show you how anything works. He also stocks a lot of sewing supplies that you can't find at the big retailers. The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
