I’m reaching out about an experience at Quest today, 10/11/22 I arrived for my appointment (12:50pm), first time coming to a Quest diagnostic center. As I’m checking in, an employee is explaining to a patient that there computer system is down. She then looks to me and asks me if I have the script, and I let her know the appointment was made online so I’m looking for the email. I then get cut off by a different employee (unfortunately I did not get her name, she was a Caucasian lady) who starts to raise her voice and get aggressive in her body language and starts saying that there computers are down and the email won’t work. At this point, I ask her to please be patient with me as this is my first time there. (I literally just walked in too). I really don’t appreciate the tone she took, nor her aggressive attitude towards me. It was uncomfortable to experience when I’m simply coming in for a simple health check up. I understand technology fails, that wasn’t the problem. The problem was this employee’s nasty attitude towards me. I only gave two stars instead of one because of the other employee who remained professional and friendly.

My sister took my mother there for an Ova-1 test and the women had never done one before and asked for help and the women she asked for help walked away from her and she was on her own. As a result, it wasn’t properly done and a week later still don’t have the results due to a label being placed on the wrong spot. Also, the lab it was sent to has tried to contact the Chestnut Quest asking for help in this matter and hasn’t gotten any. We are so frustrated and disappointed. This could turn into a very serious situation taking too long to receive the results. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was at the Chestnut Avenue location at approximately 0830 hours. This location did not have any clients in the waiting area. The phlebotomist said I needed an appointment and the next appointment was at 1015 hours. If there's no one waiting, why is an appointment necessary or required. Huh? This is not an efficient way to run a business. Furthermore, her reluctance and recalcitrance was quite annoying. How long does it take to draw a couple of vials of blood? Anyway, I suggest making an appointment at another Quest location. Let's make this location go away.
