Excellent! The customer service here is unlike any other hertz location I’ve been to, the Vineland hertz isn’t the closest to me but I continue to go there because I enjoy doing business with them here, terrific crew! Special thanks to Kyle for always being super thorough and kind.

I used my credit card, and they put a $200 hold on my card along with the cost of the rental. When I returned the car, the took the hold off my card.
