As long as your dog is healthy. They will not put it down. 100% probability because of your pets age. Been there & had to do it. Good Luck you are showing compassion that a lot of people don't have period. I would go to a no kill shelter such as Broward SPCA on Griffin Rd just west of 95 on the south side after RR tracks.Or do as Donia says.

More than likely it will be euthanized. Humane society has a little better chance. Luv-a-bull is a pit rescue in Broward. Look on Facebook. Good luck
