They currently still have all fees waived promotion. You will not be charge for the dog and it will have vaccines and microchip. They are also offering a free swag bag with every adoption. If the dog of your choice isn't available the same day due to being in surgery then they will ask for $20 to hold/reserve that pup for you. But there are many available at the shelter to choose for same day adoptions. Good luck.

Our adoption fees are waived for dogs and cats. If you wish to adopt a pet who is still awaiting its owner, then there will be a $20 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, otherwise there is no fee. All adoptions include spaying/neutering; all necessary vaccinations; a microchip and Broward County Pet License tag. If you are interested in a cat or kitten, then be sure to also check out our adoptable cats located at Pet Supermarket stores in Broward County. Their fees are waived too. We hope to see you soon!

There's always some fee. Usually what the shelter spent for shots or spaying.
