No, we are happy to say that you do not need to be a Broward County resident to adopt. Simply stop by our Adoption Center and select a pet. At the time of adoption, we do require a valid photo ID, such as a Driver's License. We are located 2400 SW 42nd Street in Fort Lauderdale. The Center is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11AM to 6PM.
