Can you drop off animals anytime. My friend found kittens and the mother neglect them and two died and she has the other two.

Our Adoption Center is open from 11AM to 5PM Tuesday through Sunday. Please note, we will be CLOSED on Thursday, July 4th.

They have hours but yes you can drop kittens off I did this about 3 weeks ago and they were very friendly
