My opinion here. It is a full day of very interesting, educational and unforgettable experiences. I think it is a unique destination experience, not a place most people would go without planning for it. In fact, I think taking some time before the visit to catch up on the Apollo and Shuttle programs would make it even more interesting! I think it is well worth the price of admission.
Good luck better get ready to empty your wallet. I watched a husband and wife dump $290 just to get in the gate with them and 3 kids that were in and out of a stroller....Horrifying to hear that! $47 for 3-11 yr old kids...12+ is $57

I've never heard of KSC offering free admission. I think you are thinking of Holy Land.....which no longer exists
