I purchased 2-tickets to Chicago on July 17th. However, they no longer appear in my Live Nation or Ticketmaster apps. I tried calling Ticketmaster, but it's a recording than disconnects. How do I get access to the tickets?

They sent me an email within 10 days of the show you have to use the scroll bar with the blue lines rolling back and forth across it

To prevent fraud, TM has implemented a new strategy that doesn't deliver the tickets to your account until within 10 days of a show. I had a similar issue with tickets for an upcoming show on 10/18, but the tickets arrived in my account this past weekend and I was able to download them to my phone. Some venues are getting away from paper tickets completely. That may be the case with this venue as well. Hope you get your tickets!
