I've had to make several calls to CFPUA over the past couple of months to stop and start service, among make other requests. My questions were always answered by very kind, knowledgeable staff. I understand many have had frustrations with CFPUA but that hasn't been my recent experience with the customer service department.

THEIR DELIBERATE MOVE TO THIRD PARTY BILLING AND LACK OF NOTIFYING THE PUBLIC SEEMS CRIMINAL. NO NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE PUBLIC ABOUt THE CHANGE AND THAT CERTAIN EMAIL BILLING IS NO LONGER BEING RETRIEVED BY THE CUSTOMERS.

Kathy Willis was very helpful for me. She gave me a lot of great guidance about my home and was knowledgeable about the City of Wilmington's other departments. Thank you again for your help!

They’ve forced us to jump through expensive hoops to get poisoned water in our houses and now we’re being charged more to clean up a mess we didn’t make, a mess they should have been on top of from the start! How do you people sleep at night? Your legacy is ineptitude, greed, apathy, and POISONED water. This is what a monopoly gets us. Why be a facility worthy of respect when the working people of this city have no other option?

My Bill comes every other month, usually in the last half of the month. So if you start in January I think you should get your Bill near the end of February
Hi, Joanne. The precautionary boil water advisory is still in effect for Wimbledon Court. You should receive a notice when it is lifted.
Hi, Wendi. While the bill for your City of Wilmington trash service may appear on your CFPUA bill, that service is provided by the city. You should find more information about it, including bulky item pickup, here: https://www.wilmingtonnc.gov/departments/public-services/recycling-trash/trash
Speak with a customer service representative to rectify the situation
You would have to go or call 235 government center dr
At the time it was not known it was in the water. I didn't pump it in there. I work in the sewer side. What most people don't know is that CFPUA found that compound. And ask the State to help us to identify the compound.
You need to get a plumber. It could be sewage or years of build up that now has no where to go.
You dial 811. That number usually marks all lines
This is a water company. Call the City of Wilmington Waste Collection Division
Daniel some of the meters are electronic and are read by Wi-Fi drive by readings....
