Unopened water is fine, beach chairs no higher than 9 inches, blankets, clear bags, poster tubes are fine, too.

Unopened water is allowed. Blankets (check size) and chairs (check height) are allowed too
Bags have to be smaller than a half sheet of typical 8.5X11 paper. Or, they must be "clear", I don't know if that includes mesh or not. Obviously no outside food or drink, will have to check about unopened water though.
