There are no stairs and no really narrow areas that I can recall. It's all on a single floor. There are a lot of letters and pictures higher up on walls that might be hard to see detail from a wheelchair, but I think otherwise it should be fine.
Yes when we visited there was someone there in a wheel chair. There are definitely some things higher up, but nothing you can't experience from a wheel chair.
