I can't imagine the Museum of Death in New Orleans could have the same exhibits as the one in Hollywood L.A. Do you guys know how they're different and which is worth seeing, the one in New Orleans or Hollywood as I'm travelling to America in a year.

The one in LA is nice because I think it's a bit smaller than the one on New Orleans but it has a great collection:) Both have amazing collections so you should check both out!!!

Dont know much about the one in New Orleans, but when I was at the one in LA they had sections dedicated to serial killers, old surgeons tool, animal cadavers, cults etc. Not for the faint of heart and they have a strict no camera policy. If you can do both that be great. After all New Orleans has a reputation for being quite the haunted city! Hope this helps.

Each is its own.

They are both awesome.

Hit both!

Both equally worthy of a trip to see!!!

The one in LA is three times the size as the one in New Orleans. Both are interesting, but if you're only going to check out one, I'd go with LA.

If your just going for the museum of death than LA., but New Orleans is a lot more fun than LA and a lot cheaper if you like to go out and drink and party with a whole slew of different people and cultures all together in it as one. LA is trendy

It had a good amount of info on serial killers. But, all in all it wasn't worth the $15.00 USD to go in.

I didn't think the one in New Orleans was worth the money. However I have heard the one in California is quite a bit bigger and better.

The same guy owns them both, the one in NOLA is the smaller of the two. They are both worth seeing. But the larger one is LA...

I haven't been to the one in LA but I loved the one in NOLA. Loved LA but it's a vastly bigger and richer city so I would assume the museum there would be better financed

I've only seen the one in New Orleans, and it was definitely worth it. I spoke with the owner and he told me some about the one in LA and it sounds good also,as they have different displays, check them both out if possible. Enjoy and welcome to America.
