I would say late Spring to early Fall. Best times would be mid to late summer. More active. Safe trip! I hope you get to experience a "breach" or two!!
I am sure that Hyannis WW will advise you more accurately but the whales are NOT attending this area between November to March.
Just come in the summer. The whales are always there
Went the first of September and saw lots of whales and a great experience
My family went in the beginning of August and we saw a lot of whales.
