Best to call the place in advance , because if the weather conditions are not good there is no boat even if there are whales.. this is almost 4 hours on the water so they need to be careful with lives..
They feed off Cape Cod in summer and winter in the Bahamas. At least the humpbacks may be gone by then. Not positive but it's a long journey.
