I knew what I wanted after looking at the website. When I was ready to buy, I just went to the store, walked in, spoke with an employee and bought the furniture. Each person that I came in contact with was super nice and very helpful. I will go there again for any future needs if I or my daughter remain in the area.
It doesn't have to be booked by appointment only. They may want it that way so they can have and go through everything that they have, because they also use a kiosk to order what's not in the store. You can just walk on in! It truly is the best furniture store I've ever been in! Ask for Kaleigh🙆
