What is a county resident to do when a stray animal comes on your porch and wont leave, You cant take him to this shelter, They wont come and get him,they wont even answer the phone 99 percent of the time and when they do they are the rudest people

I've had a great experience when having to put my 14 year old dog down. They were very nice.
