We had a great experience here! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had been to several dress shops and they didn't really listen to what my daughter said she was looking for and just pulled random dresses. Grace was amazing with my Gracie. She was on the fence between a beautiful dress there and one back home in Asheville. Grace told her they both looked beautiful on her, and it came down to what she felt comfortable and pretty in. She didn't bad mouth the other dress/store or try to pressure her into getting the dress from them. Even if we hadn't found "the dress" the kindness and professionalism we were shown made it worth the drive. I would definitely recommend The Castle for prom or formal dresses! Thanks ladies :)

Robin at the castle is an exceptional woman. She truly cares about your special day and what it means to you, she will bend over backwards to make sure that you have everything you want and you can tell she has a heart for what she does. She went out of her way to Give my friends family and I a great experience at the castle and it was more than I could’ve ever asked for. This will be the only place that I ever recommend people that I love to when they are looking for the perfect dress for a special event. Their dresses are gorgeous, good quality, and they work with any kind of time crunch that you were on for your wedding. The atmosphere is welcoming, open, you can see all of the dresses, and touch them, etc.
