If I could leave zero stars I would. Sales girl was completely unprofessional, rude and not wearing a mask. Told me to call corporate if I had a problem but couldn't supply corporates number. Not to mention we had to walk to another store for them to call her because the gate was closed the 2 times we went back.

Bought a hat, sales girl was rude and very unkempt and was more worried about her hanging out guy that being a sales person. The price didn't add up, after looking at receipt while in doorway saw she added charges. Turned around and asked why. Was told basically she didn't know why she added money to total, she couldn't do an adjustment. After eye rolls, grumbling and huffing this hot mess did a return. Told us she was the manager, a manager who didn't have corporates number nor could do a price adjustment...OK Ima belive that, never. So lids in spartanburg is off my shop here list guess Gastonia will and I'm sure they have corporates number for me.
