I have an appt. in am to get my dog neutered at the humane society using a voucher from sfa. The voucher covers surgery, but my dog has an undesended testicle. Will it cost anything since they have to deal with that too?

I do not think there will be any extra cost. Dogs are normally neutered very young so you should be fine.
