I have a package that I've been tracking and it has been saying in transit for a week now. You cant talk to anyone so how the hell do you get answers. This is not acceptable. Where is my package

Said it was received at greensboro 12/15 and nothing since. Do they not care about people's packages. I'm as mad as I can be. I've called customer service 6 times and no one knows anything. I even put in a claim, have a case #, and have heard nothing nothing . Obviously it wont get there for Christmas, I just want to know IS it going to get there. Sure has ruined my Christmas.

mine was scanned dec 12, nothing since, I have also initiated a case and haven’t heard anything on that either
