Have tickets to a concert at the kohl center, is there a shuttle at the hotel that will take us there and pick us up. An how late will they pick up, some shows sometimes go till 10:30-11:00. Just don't want to be stuck there.

I have used their shuttle service several times to transport to downtown and other venues and they were very accommodating. I will call the hotel directly and talk to them.

I'm not sure if they use their shuttle for that. But there are several cab companies in Madison that are very reasonable. Just ask at the front desk. We got a couple bucks off our first ride.
