Its very difficult to say what is a good place for toddlers to eat considering what month the toddler is in and what they can eat. Then you have to consider if your child is old enough for that tyoe of environment because no matter what establishment you choose you have to remember the baby is susceptible to all kinds of germs and also the time you go out to eat is dependent on the child ( do you go while they are napping so the parents can enjoy not cooking or do you also want to include when the toddler is awake). Many things to think about but most of all do what is right for your baby. But broadway diner has a variable selection and im sure you will find it rather cozy and quiet and home cooking style excellence of course.
Yes it is. I take my 5 year old granddaughter when I go. The staff is very nice and good with children.
