She lied to the judge saying they processed it late which is not true. Abuse of her job and the judge let's this slide

If I could give 0 stars I would. 7 minutes waiting on the phone to then have the worst customer service experience of my life! This lady who answered my call has 0 interest in helping no one… I guess she is just there for the money. Horrible service. Since she answered the phone she had the worst attitude… like she was bothered by my questions.

I believe the property tax office in bartow,myself I have had a hard time getting through and was finally sent a paper form to send in.I had received conflicting direction throughout this pandemic make sure you get the name of who gives you information as I recieved bad info which may cost me money I dont have during this pandemic
