As a newcomer to the area, on 1st visit to Broadway Diner, very pleasantly surprised! Had half-order of biscuits and sausage gravy -- with sausage chunks aplenty -- plus a side of cheese grits and excellent coffee. Portions were huge, edibles were savory with just the right country touches. Very reasonable prices and great Southern hospitality! They set the bar for any other local diner breakfast AFAIC, and I look forward to returning for their country Eggs Benedict!

Yesterday our friends took us to one of their favorite restaurants to eat breakfast at and I didn't like the taste of their gravy and biscuits and asked the server to give me the pancakes in place of it. But did she adjust the charges, no of course not. She brought me one pancake also. So I paid over four dollars for a pancake. Unfortunately my husband paid the bill without looking at it first. Watch your charge slips!!! Very unhappy with this place!!!!

Very nice place good food the bread was amazing the bacon was a bit salty but it made me not need salt for everything else lo
