Are dogs allowed?

They dont care to be honest theyre not going to ask for your papers, just make sure your dog is behaved.

I don't know if they are "allowed " but I sure have seen plenty of small dogs in carriages.

Wal-Mart's policy is they are not allowed to ask if they are service animals, so yes. However they are starting to crack down on animals in the carts, due to pressure from the state.

Service dogs can go about anywhere. A rule of thumb, dogs that are " Comfort " dogs and "pets" are not allowed where food is. Since you had to ask, I'm guessing you don't have a service dog..... Else you would have known.

I saw a non service dog in a carriage that a woman was pushing, but have no idea if they let her stsy in the store. It was a fluffy white critter, so i doubt it was service dog.
