If the vehicle is coming to you from a family member who died you need the death certificate. Of Mother, father, brother or sister

You need a signed and stamped RTA form from your insurance company and the title. Make sure the title has the cost of the vehicle, if it doesn't have a space for the price (out of state title) then you will need a bill if sale. You will also need to download and print the cover sheet for drop-off center. Their website breaks it down pretty simple.
