I was having issues with my home office printer and came across Printsmart Office Solutions via a Google search. Joel was my point of contact and he was wonderful, professional, and just so kind. He took the time to try to fix this over the phone as he was thinking it was a connection issue, but determined it could be a hardware issue. He was so professional and offered to take a look at it the next day. His honesty in regards to repairing or replacing my older printer was something that I respected as he was not looking to sell me on repairs that may not have fixed my printer.
