Don’t go to them for a job if you don’t have a lot of background to your name for experience. I applied back in December, showed my interest by calling, walk in, and just trying to put myself out there. I’m a very shy person! So it was not easy to do by any means. They STILL have not had the decency to contact me.. simply saying that they do not wish to hire anyone at the moment. But instead there was no communication, and still isn’t! I worked somewhere else in the meantime but thought I’d try it again now that I have more experience but nope! Still not a single phone call or even an email. The place itself is pretty nice looking, clean, staff are friendly for the most part. Although, there are cons too. As I have mentioned. Plus, additionally, even if they were to get back to any one who is hired. An old employee had told me the manager sucks at making schedules so if you wish to fill your time with more than 12+ hours, I would NOT recommend. Unless if you want to worry about your hours, go ahead.

I came in excited to try a new pet store for my pets and I asked a worker (lisel I believe) a simple question to find the items I needed faster and the response was rude and made me feel stupid. I ended up leaving and will not come back. Would give less than a star if I could.

wonderful store! They certainly have an abundant supply of products. Decent prices, great return policy {we have a very finicky new pup}, they offer a discount on some items, just for signing up for their free store card. I got $8.00 off a large bag of Redford food, plus they send coupons via email. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
