I visited TJmaxx in Milford today to make some returns. There was no line, and Registers 13 , 7 , 6 and 9 were open. There was a customer at Register 13. Since no one was in line I proceeded to Register 7. Three women were standing behind the counter. One of the 3 women asked "Were you told to come to this register?". I said " Oh no, there was no one in line, I thought it was ok to come to an available register." Another one of the three women said "Nope". The person wearing a mask said she would help us. Really? You don't say "Hello, how can I help you?" You reprimand the customers? You put them down or belittle them? Shame Shame on you two ladies behind Register number 7. Is that what TJMaxx has taught you? This is how you greet your customers? This was at 10:36 am per my receipt.

We really liked all of the furniture options especially the outdoor stuff. Found one we really liked and will probably go back for it with the truck.

Hands down one of the worst shopping experiences I have had. I felt judged and attacked by the younger gentleman working. This is supposed to be a store with nice, caring, and helpful workers but no. I was laughed at, whispered at, and bullied by these employees. Never will I step foot in this place again. Do better

Love love love TJ Maxx/HomeGoods stores. So much fun finding treasures and best of both of those retail worlds. Found some super cute Spring drsses sizes 4t and up on these styles. Also, all have public restrooms. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.
