Unless one is way of it's course, no, but I saw a tour group of kids riding around on one of the parks's ATV that was set up for groups so they might do tours.
I was there in February of 2019. I saw a small 3 ft one just lying still in the water.

Circle B is for hiking and biking. Lake apopka wildlife drive is like a driving version. If you want to see wildlife from the safety of your car or aren't physically able to hike, that's the place to go.
You cannot drive through the park the path down Alligator alley is pretty narrow and the ground has alot of roots sitting pretty much over some parts of the path. And they do tours on a 4 seater I think large golf cart. Also it would scare away alot of the wildlife you get to see. They have hogs and their babies out there and birds.
