my experience went fine. I've been going to ideal for over 11year but what I realize is that you are too expensive. I got filler done a while back it cost 2,000. stupid me I could've gotten for only $600 that was before inflation and with a nurse practitioner doing. I could understand if a MD was doing it but he wasn't. I would like to other laser hair area done but you consistently are more expensive. Back in the day you were the only doing this but now I have other option. my cousin gets her entire face laser for $80 but she live in CT. I pay $90 its only the upper, lower lip, then the chin and neck.

Its been 24hours since i got my laser hair removal treatment in my face and neck and I still have my face swollen and i have burned spots. I’ve been doing laser in my face since 2020 first in another place and now with ideal image and I’ve never had this experience before. Yesterday was so painful at the point I had to tell her to stop because i even jump out of the chair because it was so intense and I’ve never had to use numbing cream before because I could handle the pain but yesterday i was feeling like burning 10x worse than every other section and even at this time 24hrs later my face still warm and feels like burning inside and it hurts when i touch it. Im so sad & kind of mad and im thinking not to go back because it can happen again.

I’ve been coming to Ideal Image Lakeland for over 15 years. Today I drive 45 min for my appt and walked in with my daughter. Before even being greeted, I was told children could not be in the room. Before I could reschedule my appointment, I was told from across the room by another employee that children were not allowed to be in the waiting room. I understand policy, but I could have been told discreetly without everyone in the office knowing I had to leave without completing my appointment or embarrassing myself and my child.

Please research before coming here for your hair removal needs. This place is overpriced for services that DON’T WORK. After speaking with friends who received their removal from other companies, I’m too embarrassed to tell them how much I spent for the areas I treated, because their response is always the same: “Wow, I have treatments for life on my entire body for that price.” The staff is very friendly and engaging, but ***their services aren’t worth your money.*** Their sales team is top notch. They not only convinced me to take out a loan to get treatments, but also convinced me I had to get treated that same day to get the best deal. At 19 years old, it’s likely I was young and dumb but they used my ignorance to their advantage, claiming I would never have to use razors or worry about my hair growing ever again and that I was coming at the best time during winter so I “would be hair-free just in time for summer”. They had a problem keeping their staff but my first few treatments were amazing—I started seeing a 75% hair reduction by the 3rd treatment. Then they switched lasers and the treatments became painful and my hair actually started growing back faster AND thicker. My treatments went through summer and I couldn’t even walk in the sun to get to my classes without getting denied treatments from “too much sun exposure”, even though they claimed I would have a short window to be in the sun between treatments. They gave me 9 treatments and here were my results: My underarm hair had only 50% reduction; lower leg hairs 90% reduction. Fun college summer memories 0%. After spending **$4000 on my underarms and lower legs** and 7 years later, all the hair has completely grown back. But get this: my legs hairs are blonde. Which means I can’t get “touch ups” or receive treatment elsewhere. Mind you, I naturally have thick, black hair. I’m not saying don’t go here, I’m just saying do your research first and hold realistic expectations before doing so—your hair will grow back, it might not even work, you won’t be able to be in the sun for at least one year, and it is painful (laser burns are a thing). Go in for your consultation with those facts so you don’t get manipulated like I did. <3
