Who is there that I can talk with that can check on the establishment and figure out what changes that need to be implemented to help with customer service and the call in orders side of the business.

I did that already and the manager was rude and brushed it off like it was nothing. So I ask for the information to contact district manager and the manager walked off like we were not standing there. So I'm going beyond the local store manger.
