Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

First time we have eaten at this Olive Garden. Quite a bit different than the other one in the area. Staff is focused on properly taking care of customers. Food is fresh tasting, clean and very good. Service by "Christian" was excellent. There aren't many Italian style restaurants in the Greensboro area. Bravo was good for awhile but this Olive Garden is the best and I have eaten at all of them.

Lunch was amazing, light and healthy. Our server was the salt of the earth. Our world would be awesome if we had people as good and helpful as our server. Kindness wins everytime. 15 bucks wasn't nearly enough for your service to us. Thank you 💕 Can't wait to return!!!

I don’t normally write reviews after I’ve gone out to dinner, but I wanted to briefly share my experience this evening. Brandon was our server and he provided excellent service! He was attentive, had a great attitude and was very quick in getting refills and pretty much everything we asked for. Thank you Brandon for helping us have a great dining experience! Also, great job to the kitchen staff on the quality of food. Everything came out hot and tasted great.

Olive Garden in High Point is located in the same shopping complex as Palladium Theaters. At any given time, there is a minimum wait time of 45 minutes up to 2 hours. Is it worth the wait......probably not. I took my family to this restaurant past COVID and their menu now is literally on one card. There are barely any options to pick from. Even the wine menu has been completely watered down (pun intended🤪). I selected what I wanted from the skeleton menu and when the food came, it tasted that someone had just heated food from a can. The quality of the food has completely gone down the drain. It is definitely not the worth the wait for the quality of food you are getting. The customer service was great though. The host knew what kind of menu she was dealing with as she was disappointed to answer NO to my favorite Olive Garden dishes which I loved. There is plenty of parking available around the restaurant or across the street. That should be your last concern. When you walk in....someone will take you to your table and the host will take your order.
