Positive: The staff are the stars of this hotel! From the front desk staff, the breakfast attendant, the housekeepers, even an employee I had indirect contact with ready to see if he could assist. Everyone had genuine, pleasant, unforced customer service attitudes.

Room 33 is next to the elevator and there is no sound dampening. The table in my room is busted and propped up against the wall. The shower sprays water everywhere except down. The TV is a postage stamp. Rooms are not inexpensive. $1,000 for 4 nights so I would expect better. Restaurant has spotty, odd service and ignored me for 20 minutes until I just left and went to another place down the road. This was a disappointing stay. I stay in High Point a lot for work but I won’t be staying here next time.

Wonderful place and experience in the heart of downtown High Point. I won't stay any place else. The rooms are great (but can be noisy unless the AC is running) and roomy. The upper floors have a balcony with a table and chairs. Convenient to anything. Sweet Old Bills restaurant just up the road is terrific.

Positive: It was charming!! Beautiful rooms and very clean!  your lady at the check in desk was amazing. Her attitude was infectious and she was so helpful, warm and welcoming. What an asset!!! I will definitely always stay here when I¿m in the area. Negative: I don¿t have any negative comments. It was wonderful.
