I finally visited this Firehouse Sub restaurant for an Italian with a bit of mustard. To my surprise, it is the best Italian around our area. I went back the next day. The young lady said, I will make you the BEST sub. (Kadasha?) And she did. I called to Firehouse to speak with the lady who made the yummy Italian. I went back the other day hoping she would be working. India made an equally yummy Italian. Love your Welcome Greeter!! Tony, Mia, India make you feel right at home inside the Firehouse. Sending appreciation to a wonderful staff.

So slow, took about 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches & order wasn't right. There was 3 people working but only the one girl, Mia, knew what she was doing & apologizing for the wait. Sandwich had barely any meat on it & chili was disgusting!

The sandwiches here are great. My family loves the hot fresh choices. But we are constantly worried about getting sick from eating the food here. There is no way this place is passing health inspections. Everything from the floors and the tables, to the bathrooms and toilets are grimey, sticky, and gross. I'm sure if we saw the back kitchen we would never eat here again. But hey, the people are nice and we haven't gotten sick yet... so we've got that going for us...

Unhappy with food quality and taste! The Firehouse salad with grilled chicken had no flavor, and the cubed chicken was pretty low quality. The child's meatball sub had 2 meatballs in it, and though the taste was just okay there were several chunks of gristle in the meatballs. Also, men's restroom was out of order. On a positive note, the staff was helpful, and our order was correct. Just disappointed because have been here in the past, and it used to be better!
